We will happily exchange the product you buy from us if:
- It is not of acceptable quality;
- It is an incorrect product shipped to you;
- It is deemed faulty by us.
If you wish to make a claim under our Returns and Refunds Policy, we will offer you an exchange/refund provided that:
- You return the item within 7 days of purchase;
- You produce your original purchase receipt, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item;
- The product must not have been used, opened or damaged in any way;
- The product is in its original packaging, in its original sealable condition and within its expiry date or best before date;
- Any cost incurred by you in shipping the item back to us will be at your expense;
- If these requirements are not satisfied we reserve the right not to offer an exchange/refund.
We will not accept the return of items on the basis of ‘change of mind’ under any circumstances.
